How do I make a year in review for my customers?

Start from the data you already have: the orders or sales export (one row per visit or order, not the customer list) from your till or booking app (Square, Shopify, Stripe and most booking apps can export a CSV). For each customer, count their visits or orders in the year, find the item or class they chose most, and their busiest month. Those three facts make a recap feel personal.

Keep it short: one card per customer, your shop name at the top, their number big in the middle, and one line at the bottom that brings them back, such as a January invite. Send it only to customers who already hear from you.
