For online shops that sell from their own site
Online shops: customers film the damage live before you refund.
Fake damage photos are easy to make with AI now, so a photo by email no longer proves an item arrived broken, and small stores pay out refunds they cannot check.
Make a link for one order
Filled in with sample details so you can see it work. Type your own order over them.
Unique code in this link:
Save this code in the notes for order now; reloading makes a new one. The customer's clip and PDF show this code. Check it matches before you refund.

Check a pack you got back
The code on the pack must be the code you kept when you made the link. If it differs, the pack was not made through your link for this order.
See what you get back
A sample pack made with drawn sample frames, so you can see the PDF before any customer films anything.
An automatic check that compares the clip with your product photo and your returns policy. Today the pack is evidence, not a verdict: you decide.
How it works
Your normal returns process stays in place. Nothing is uploaded to us: the clip and the pack are made on the customer's phone and sent by the customer to you. The camera is pointed at the item only.
Filming is an optional faster way for the customer, never a condition.
Works with WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Square, BigCommerce and Shopify.

Damage report
Show us the damage in under a minute
Film the item live with your phone camera. You save a PDF and the clip, then send both to the store. Nothing goes anywhere until you send it.
Before you start
- Point the camera at the item, box and label only. Keep faces out of view.
- The time from this phone's clock and the store's unique code from your link are stamped on every frame and the clip.
- The video stays on this phone. You choose to send it.
- Filming is optional. You can still use the store's normal returns process.
